Creation Station Club / Live Sessions Agreement

I give permission for my child to join Creation Station's live online craft sessions. I understand the host provides online creative guidance while I remain responsible for my child, the workspace, and the tools and materials used in our home.

I will remain reachable during the session and provide help with any tool or material that requires adult assistance. My child will be respectful, will use only a first name or nickname, and no one in our household will record or share the live session. I understand Creation Station may pause or end my child's participation for not following session rules, disrespectful behavior, or violations of program policies. I voluntarily approve my child's participation and, to the extent allowed by law, release Faith, Family & Nature Church, Inc., Creation Station, and their programs, partners, affiliates, leaders, volunteers, and representatives from claims arising from ordinary participation in the online session or use of materials in our home.

Photo & Project Sharing
