Where You Stay
Primitive Sites
Two spots. Tent or hammock. Wake up to deer in the clearing. Fall asleep to owls and crickets. Nothing between you and what is real.
RV Hookup
One spot. Electric hookup. The comfort of your rig surrounded by nothing but nature and quiet.
The Cabin
One cabin. Real shelter, real privacy. Step outside and the pigs are squealing, the birds are going, the stars are out. Step inside and it is yours.
Full Experience Package
Cabin plus breakfast, a nature walk, one activity session, and evening stargazing. The whole thing in one. 222 — the farming number. Plant, tend, wait, grow.

Blackstone Breakfast
Cooked fresh on our griddle. Real food from real ingredients. Better than anything you will make at home on a camp stove.

Laid this morning. From our chickens. You will never look at a grocery store egg the same way again.
Animal Experience
Chickens, rabbits, pigs — meet them, feed them, learn about them. A working farm is not a zoo. It is a classroom.
Naturalist Walk
Guided by our resident historian and naturalist. The plants, the land, the history — layers most people never see. Maximum 8 guests.
Yoga Session
Outside. On the land. With nothing but trees and sky around you. There is no studio that compares to this.
Stargazing Evening
Rural North Florida. No city lights. Just the sky the way it was meant to be seen. Bring something warm.

Morning

- 🐓Chickens doing what chickens do — all day, no apologies
- 🫏The neighbors have donkeys. You will hear them. You will also hear cows.
- 🐦Birds. Just birds. The kind you forgot existed.
Night
- 🦉Owls. Real ones. Close enough to hear them move.
- 🦗Crickets. The kind that drown out every thought you brought with you.
- 🌑No traffic. Not during the day either. But at night — nothing.
- 🌟As dark as it gets out here, the sky lights up. You will see stars you forgot existed.
- 🦝Raccoons and possums doing their thing. Leave your cooler latched.

He Needs a Name.
Two ponds. Peaceful. Beautiful. Not great for fishing — but they come with something better than fish.
There is a small alligator who has lived on this land for years. About three feet long. Has been three feet long for as long as anyone can remember. He minds his business. He is part of the land. He is not a threat — he is a resident.
He does not have a name yet. We are letting the community decide. Submit your suggestion below — when we pick one, we will announce it across all our channels and the person who named him gets a free nature walk with Barbara.

Barbara Matusik
Barbara has lived on and stewarded this land for years. A PhD candidate in Historic Preservation, wildlife artist, Museum Studies scholar, and researcher of Native American culture — she carries decades of knowledge about this place, its plants, its history, and its significance.
Her naturalist walks are not a tour. They are an education from someone who has spent a lifetime learning how to see what most people walk right past.
