This Is Not
Camping.

This is reconnection — to creation, to nature, to the people you love, to yourself. North Florida pine flatwoods. Springs that have run clean for thousands of years. Mornings with no agenda.

Seven and a Half Acres.
All of It Intentional.

We are on a nature preserve. We are preserving something rare — and we intend to keep it that way. This is not a campground. It is a sanctuary.

For families who need to breathe. For veterans who need peace. For kids who have never known what silence sounds like. For anyone who has forgotten what real feels like.

We have four intentional sites on a working preserve — two primitive spots, one RV hookup, and one cabin. That is not an accident. Small is the point. This will never be scaled into something that loses what makes it worth coming to.

Access is member-focused with limited public dates. We are selective — not because we are exclusive, but because we are protective. Of this land. Of this experience. Of the people who come here.

The Full Experience.

This is a working preserve with a working farm. Two sides of the same land — each with something different to offer.

Trails through 7.5 acres of North Florida flatwoods. Walk at your own pace. No guide required. Just you and what is here.

This Is What Real Sounds Like.

Morning

  • 🦌Deer in the clearing at first light — if you are quiet enough
  • 🐷Pigs squealing for their breakfast — you will know when it is feeding time
  • 🐓Chickens doing what chickens do — all day, no apologies
  • 🫏The neighbors have donkeys. You will hear them. You will also hear cows.
  • 🐦Birds. Just birds. The kind you forgot existed.

Night

  • 🦉Owls. Real ones. Close enough to hear them move.
  • 🦗Crickets. The kind that drown out every thought you brought with you.
  • 🌑No traffic. Not during the day either. But at night — nothing.
  • 🌟As dark as it gets out here, the sky lights up. You will see stars you forgot existed.
  • 🦝Raccoons and possums doing their thing. Leave your cooler latched.

"No traffic. No city lights. No noise. Just the land doing what the land does — and you finally quiet enough to hear it."

He Needs a Name.

Two ponds. Peaceful. Beautiful. Not great for fishing — but they come with something better than fish.

There is a small alligator who has lived on this land for years. About three feet long. Has been three feet long for as long as anyone can remember. He minds his business. He is part of the land. He is not a threat — he is a resident.

He does not have a name yet. We are letting the community decide. Submit your suggestion below — when we pick one, we will announce it across all our channels and the person who named him gets a free nature walk with Barbara.

Barbara has lived on and stewarded this land for years. A PhD candidate in Historic Preservation, wildlife artist, Museum Studies scholar, and researcher of Native American culture — she carries decades of knowledge about this place, its plants, its history, and its significance.

Her naturalist walks are not a tour. They are an education from someone who has spent a lifetime learning how to see what most people walk right past.

Space. Silence. Land that does not demand anything from you. Animals that meet you where you are. A community that values what you carry without asking you to explain it.

👶

Kids

Dirt. Animals. Trails. Stars. The things that make kids remember who they are before the world tells them who to be. Some experiences cannot be screen-delivered.

Anyone Who Needs a Reset

You do not have to stay. Come for an afternoon. A morning yoga session. An evening under the stars. You do not have to explain why you need it. We already know.

Founding Experience Testers.

We are building this publicly and we want the first people through the gate to help shape what it becomes.

You come out. You experience it. You tell us honestly what worked, what did not, and what this place should be. You are not just a visitor — you are part of building something that will outlast all of us.
